COLOUR SYMPHONY
The excitement started to hit everyone like a flash of lightning. Everyone was getting restless just thinking about what we were about to do. People crowded around the new playground waiting for instructions.
The leader was handed a piece of paper and everyone raced to see what was written on it. We dashed to get the shiny tray and splashed the glossy milk so it just covered the tray. After that specks of food colouring was dotted onto the milk and made it look like a paintball gun had been shoot into the milk.
As Bruno tipped the oozing detergent into the paintball looking milk everyone yelled out “Woooaah!“, as the colours turned into little mini explosions. Each colour looked like a rainbow exploding. We came up with an exciting idea to start blowing onto the colours and they exploded even more.
The dishwashing liquid puts up a fight to break down the fat in the milk. It breaks it down the same way that dishwashing detergent breaks down fat on our dishes. When we dropped the slimy, green dishwashing liquid onto the colouring on the milk it attempted to break down the milk. This made the colours explode and spiral around.
Overall the experiment worked very well and I am sure everyone would do it again. Everyone Had a very exciting time with this colour symphony.
