We have been learning about making inferences in reading. After many practices of making an inference what a poem is about, we created our own. Here are Lizzy's What Am I poems.
What am I?
I am a tiny room.
I have many cousins and sisters.
Lots of long wooden things are always inside of me.
Part 2
I can be fluffy,
I can be in many different shapes.
Part 3
I either have buttons or a zip on me.
Humans use me me daily for all sorts of things.
What am I?
What am I?
I am a living thing.
Sometimes I am surrounded by humans.
I sit on pebbles.
Part 2
I can’t breath in oxygen.
Some people call me ugly,
and I have friends with me 24/7.
Part 3
I can be white, grey and even black.
People point at me,
and I have a sort of antennas,
I am not human.
What am I?
